To help track my work, and allow my clients to file work requests, I use this support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. In addition, this system allows clients to review all tickets and support requests which I have provided for them. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket to me!

BCS provides archives and history of all your support requests complete with responses.
